Not getting HD Channels

Hi All -

Wonder if anyone can help. We have the Sport TV package which says we get the TNT channels including "16 HD channels". I'm assuming we should be gettig TNT Sports 1 HD etc.

We can access the HD channels through the app on phones etc, but not on the TV.

When we choose the HD channels on our TV it says "You need to set up this channel or add it to your TV package". We can access the SD channels fine. Does anyone have any suggestions?

As you've found, you can get HD & even UHD via the DIscovery+ app. But to watch sport in anything above fuzzy-vision on the box, you have to pay extra for an HD subscription.

Yes, you need to buy the HD/4K add-on at £6 per month to watch in HD on a linear channel through your Pro Box.

HD and UHD is included as standard when watching through Discovery+.

I have the Sport pack and don’t bother with the Pro Box, I just use the app. If you want to watch TNT Sport through the TV Guide on the box then you need to pay more.
