Just want to update if anyone needs help, I'm all sorted with my subscription.
I spoke to someone from the tech department on chat, who organised adding the sub to my account, and said my code would be with me in 5 working days, which it was. I got a call from a lovely man called Paul, who said that I'd be getting an email through with my code, which arrived straight away. I know its a pain that it's not working on the website, but everyone at BT I spoke to were brilliant.
