The BT Sport app is closing on 12th October

Hi, I signed up for TNT Sports after the date to activate and have received no email. When I open BT app I get the message to activate the TNT app and then get stuck in a doon loop in BT.com where nothing seems to be able to activate the TNT app - how do I go about it? Or do I just cancel and start again?

I followed the instructions in message 46 and used the email listed there and they sorted it in a couple of hours, don’t know if they work weekends though

When I go to activate I just keep getting the same error:

Sorry, but it looks like we can't deliver HD Channels to you at the moment.

please provide fix for this? Thanks

Sounds like you're clicking the "Manage" button @Pru55 - not the "activate" button.
If you don't see a button to activate on the web site, and it's been at least 48 hours since you added the sport subscription, then email me at tv.apps@bt.com with your BT ID and BT account number and I'll help you out.

I am now having an issue that I’m unable to cancel TNT because I have a completely seperate work order on my account to move a feed wire for broadband… 

also have to call to cancel the account - surely this can be done online.

Only month pass customers can suspend their monthly pass account (£29.99). All other services require you to call us to cancel.
