I am unable to login to my.bt account.

I am unable to login to mybt account I get the following message

"An error occurred during a connection to home.bt.com.

• This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. "

Trying again does nothing - no help offered anywhere

@nickwaller41 Have you tried clearing the browser cookies and cache or with a different browser/device?

I can login with Safari on my iPad but not Firefox on my PC even after clearing the cache. Thanks for your reply
